15.5% Barleywine. This years batch was Double Oaked in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels the transferred to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked barrels.
The Oracle
6.5% Fruited Sour. Fermented and aged in Missouri oak folders. Finished on hand-picked Alaska blueberries and Haskap berries.
May The Wild Prevail
9.0% Fruited Sour. Fermented in French Oak with brettanomyces for 27 months. Finished on Pineapple and Passion Fruit. Dry hopped with Strata Hops.
