The thinner body of the base baltic porter leaves more space for the teamplay of the additions and the barrel. The spicy freshness of the ginger is rounded off by the fruity notes of the habanero. We have supported the earthiness and smokiness of the habanero chili with cocoa and the barrel ageing.
