A blend of SMORPH, Onto the Next World and Ghost Kernel, conditioned on oak staves for 8 months.
Berries in symphony with honey, chocolate, vanilla, dark caramel and a touch of roasted nuttiness and marzipan. This mead is not in your face, but has loads of nuances which changes with every sip due to the extra aging.
SMORPH – Raspberry, Cherry and Black Currant mead with vanilla beans, toasted marshmallows, maple syrup and a pinch of the most flavorful cinnamon we could get our hands on.
Onto the Next World – Cherry mead that has conditioned on Peruvian organic cocoa nibs of the Criollo variety, vanilla beans from Madagascar and Uganda, as well as specially sourced varities of hazelnuts straight from Italy.
Ghost Kernel – Raspberry, Cherry and Black Currant mead with roasted almonds, vanilla and coconut.
