Description
This hazy DIPA is a return to sticky, sweet fruity goodness. An underlying thread of Columbus on the hot side and dry hop gives a slight piney note over which mounds of heavy hitting hops are piled on. Mosaic T90, Mosaic BBC and Galaxy give bursts of mango, pineapple, apricot, pear and blueberry. All of this is supported by a very wheat heavy grist and a water profile to boost a full, juicy body.
