Parkin Cake is an Imperial Brown Ale brewed to replicate the Northern speciality Parkin, a traditional cake made with oatmeal, black treacle and ginger.
This 10% ABV treat has a complex malt base and was brewed with black treacle, dark muscovado sugar, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. It’s rich and smooth with layers of sweet treacle and spice leading to a drying finish full of warming ginger.
