Cherry mead that has conditioned on Peruvian organic cocoa nibs of the Criollo variety, vanilla beans from Madagascar and Uganda, as well as specially sourced varities of hazelnuts straight from Italy.
Dark chocolate covered cherries with a fragrant aroma of freshly roasted hazelnuts. The vanilla bean mix gives away flavors of caramelized sugar and vanilla chocolate ice cream. A gentle use of french oak cubes ties it all into balance.
