DDH TIPA – Dry hopped with Citra & HBC 586
Neon Moon is a 10% Triple IPA collaboration with Wren House Brewing Co from Phoenix, Arizona.
Drew from Wren House was with us in Berlin for the brew day and, as is collaboration brew tradition, took care of the first hop addition. We later dry hopped the beer with the ever dependable Citra and the experimental hop HBC 586.
