Fruit Pét-Nat with Sunrise apples and spent blackberries from our mead production
Naturally hazy due to being bottled before fermentation has finished. As our spent fruit contains pectinase, it may clear up after a while on the shelf. If you want it hazy, just resuspend the lees a while before you open the bottle.

We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don`t press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.
