Aromas of cognac, cereals, oak, with marine notes. It is deep black amber-red shades. Not much head and a very light, almost inexistent presence of gas, with a very fine and slightly carbonised bubble, sensation in the mouth of being full bodied, with a creamy texture and a high alcoholc perception. Its flavour begins accompanied by creamy high roasts and notes of wood. The presence of cognac provides great complexity, which persists in its flavour in a very intense way.
