Description
Triple IPA that gets a loaded dry hop treatment. Dry hopped with more than 100kg of hops per brewlength, this is a big, stinky IPA. Pale, straw yellow in colour with a soft, fluffy body and jam packed with Amarillo Cryo, Amarillo, Talus and Citra giving sweet citrus notes of lemon meringue pie, orange sorbet and plenty of peach character. Talus brings a light touch of rose water and pink grapefruit that add a nice complexity to the nose. We have been big fans of Cryo hops this year and Amarillo Cryo hasn’t let us down. The more pungent notes of varietals are brought to the fore with Cryo and when paired with T90 pellets we love the complete hop profile that it brings to our beers.
