Here you will find the darkest and heaviest beers in our range. Chocolate malt and toasted malt give color, flavor and fullness to the many stouts and porters. If it has to be extra heavy then try an Imperial (double) stout or porter. For the sweet tooth, we have plenty of pastry / dessert stouts with all sorts of ingredients from vanilla and cocoa to various nuts and fruits. For extra complexity, try one of many beers in this category which are barrel aged in spirits or wine barrels. In addition, we have milk stouts which have extra fullness and sweetness due to added lactose sugar which the yeast cannot eat (this type of beer is not related dairy products), or perhaps a baltic porter which is a porter fermented with a bottom yeast rather than a top yeast.
